Our Cottages

The cottages are in the quiet hamlet of Beauworth (pronounced Bew-Werth), a tiny village just below the South Downs Way. Recently constructed from redundant farm buildings, The Dairy and The Stables have been fitted out to an exacting, high standard with every comfort you have a right to expect on holiday.

In truth not much happens in Beauworth; this is still very much a farming community with plenty of villagers who have lived here for fifty years or more. Long walks in the country, a short cycle to our local pub that brews its own beer and a trip for supplies to the delightful Georgian market town of Alresford could easily fill your day. But if not we have historic Winchester close by, the ever popular Watercress Steam Railway and even the beaches of the south coast are within only thirty minutes drive.

Staying with us you have the choice of the The Stables which is the larger cottage with three bedrooms for six people, whilst The Dairy is very spacious for four in two bedrooms. Each has a private garden, with a patio area ideal for cooking and dining al fresco. It is possible to take both cottages to combine for a larger family group or special occasion.
